Delete your data

You can delete your Perzonax account, and all data tied to it, from inside the app. This includes your profile, goal, roadmap progress, chats, and any data that came from signing in with Apple, Google, or Facebook.

1. Sign in to Perzonax.
2. Open You, then the gear icon for Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

The account and its data are removed right away. To keep a copy first, choose Export my data on the same screen.

An App Store or Google Play subscription is not canceled by deleting the account. Cancel it in your store settings so you are not charged again.

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Perzonax from Facebook under Settings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites.

If you cannot sign in any more, write to domak953@gmail.com from the email address of the account and we will delete it for you within one month.
